Just curious as to why you want to know. It has nothing to do with
my belief that we are getting screwed by the cartels .
Oh it gets decent mileage.
Of course we're getting screwed by the cartels. They control enough of the supply to set the world price. Good for them. Do you think we should start a war to fix this?

The other way to reduce prices is to reduce demand. This means driving smaller cars and driving less. That's why I asked what kind of car you drive.

I'd just like to point out that we here in Alberta are quite thankful for the cartels. And also for your insatiable appetite for fossil fuels.

Oh so you like getting screwed by the cartels good for them you say , well I can't reason with that logic. As far as your 2 nd point, all my life I have driven cars that got good mileage except for one, to what avail, to reach this point when gas and oil is at an all time high. The fact is more people drive every day the demand won't go down, in lets say 100 years we might run out. Hopefully by then we will all have alternate fuels , propulsion.
Until then I guess you and Keebler keep paying your high prices and loving it.
Just remember the oils execs really need to buy another diamond studded $ 50 k gold watch.

I don't like paying high prices either. However, this is the way the world works, and you are just wasting your time getting upaset about cartels and oil barons. You are a microscopic fraction of the oil price mechanism. You need to understand that you have only 2 options: buy gas or don't buy gas. You are also welcome to moan and cry like a baby, but that will never make any difference to the price.

Gas prices are going up to $1.00 a litre , just in time for the TTC strike on Monday .

You are right about about 1 thing we are all cogs in a big wheel. You see you say it's crying like a baby I say it reflects on our whole acceptance of what thrown our way. One person will never make a difference but millions could .The trouble is there are too many people like you who take whatever is thrown their way . Whenever I have suggested to some people that they could car pool and save gas they come up with a million excuses why they can't. At least you are practical in saying that we likely can't do anything about it because enough people won't change their habits, what I can't stomach is people who say they think people who drive suvs should pay more and that the useage results in the high prices, greed causes high prices.
And by the way it's our right as Canadian to bitch and complain,
