Getting over the night before..?

Had a little party last night (sort of my bday party) so I over indulged in a few things I don't usually indulge in..... so now it's the day after and I want to get rid of the haze that seems to be following my head around.... anyone have any secret tips to beat hangovers that don't come completely from alcohol?

Not alcohol but still hung over? Sounds like you are in a post "E" haze. Stay away from citric acids like OJ or grapefruit. It prolongs the effects. Stay hydrated. Eat a light meal and avoid overly fat foods - as you may feel like upchucking.

I think I would stick with the hangover.

Youre welcome to try my personal solution:

Japanese Green tea, lots of it... to the point where you're pissing most of it out. You can get them in bags, or loose (in a powder). If you have the right utensil, get authentic "matcha" in powder form. In between, draw yourself a long bath, soak till you get prune fingers. Eat lightly throughout the day.
