My condolences. It has happened to me twice. I cried, and was sad for a few days. I wrote a last letter to the deceased in my journal. I don't/can't work. I'm on full disability.You can seek help through any employee assistance program (such as Sheppel-FGI) that your employer may have. Counseling will be free under such a program. Other than that, just talk to friends and family about it.
