GTAC is not worth $20 000 as for less than $1000gypsy said:

GTAC was averaging 3700 visits a day, hardly anything to write home about. Many free sites do better than this.
( Compare with : TERB : 11000 MERB: 3900 PERB: 9000 visits daily).
Tbill's best bet would be to put the site up for sale on E-Bay
maybe someone with a lot of money to throw away will offer him a good deal.

I estimate that he would get maybe $1000 on ebay as buyers are very stingy and there are alot better opportunities out there particularly with free adult traffic.

I could see it going for as much as $200k or maybe even more if bought out by Eye or the red zone, since there is cash flow here and it is considered 'safer' and more mainstream.
Again these are just my own informal appraisals and I will always obviously be bidding on the low side as a buyer.
Something is really only worth what somebody will pay for it. I would pay $100k US for the terb network tonight, but I doubt that Fred would go for that.alanassecret said:

Also worth noting is that GTAC cannot be compared to TERB, as TERB is a profitable businees, GTAC is not by tbill's own admission.
Generally a profitable online adult type site is worth somewhere around a year worth of revenues.
The more mainstream the site the more it is worth obviously.
The US online adult business is going through major changes right now and there is plenty of uncertainty.

I don't understand why the guy would pull the plug and try to sell. He would have a better chance to sell and get a better price if he kept it going and then put it up for sale.

Err, there's no way that site is worth more than a couple of grand. Usually a business is worth at least one years worth of profit and after hosting and so on I don't think it even made a profit?

if he is trying to sell and get out, than I tip my hat to Tbill, he did create a comummunity with a feeling of family, only those who were there alot will know what I am talking about,
but thus is a sad day... for myself and many other GTA community.
well peoples life goes on , Im moving on to complete my movie E0-Driver Full service, and second season of my comedy TV show cavegirls, I wont be around much but I will miss my firends I ahve made online and in person from these boards.
