Another stripper I knew bought ten houses, rented them out and lives the life of Riley. Smart woman that one and FRACKIN' HOT!
Definitely some smart ones out there
I would think in any industry there is some degree of burn out. I am also sure it not easy for a woman in this industry to do some guys. Giving the fact men vary in personality, and size; some egotistic, some self centered, some who do not know how to treat a woman and have a buyer attitude, treating a person like a product without respect. My guess is the majority of them are living week to week, many are shopaholics, others buy drugs etc. We think these girls rake it in but it's not easy fucking guys you're mostly not atracted to, many have to take time off to avoid burnout.
No kidding, I just had a 1 hr appointment as a client and I'm wiped out, if I had to do 2 more I'd probably die from exhaustion!ready2rock said:Wow 8-10 half hour appointments a day - that's brutal
A friend of mine in SoCal manages a strip club, has been doing it for over 10 years. I asked him about this awhile back and he told me in the 10+ years he's been doing it, out of the thousands upon thousands of girls he's only seen TWO girls that have done this (saved and invested their money wisely and retired financially independent). They are clearly the rare exception. From what he said, most of them have an expensive lifestyle and spend it all (and then some).Another stripper I knew bought ten houses, rented them out and lives the life of Riley. I have talked to 2 SP's recently (last 3-4 months) about this subject. One of them estimated she had earned $400k cash in 7.5 years working full time (4 days a week on average) and she has $30k cash in savings to show for it, paid $15k for her school fees and has lots of good memories of partying and holidays.
Sure, I guess a popular agency SP working 3-4 days a week could earn $80k a year cash but it is also what you do with that money is what also matters! (ie, I agree with Ballzdeep)
I think it's sad when I hear of ladies who have been good enough to make a fair chunk of change in the SP/MP field but don't set aside anything for the future. Not sure if they don't think about the (usually) short length of their career or what. Especially if they aren't declaring the income as they aren't contributing anything to their CPP or EI.john frankly said:So who cares if they living pay check to pay just…that 70% of the population LOL
Depends who you are...if you think saving 8% of salary is good then it is good...just seems a bit low to me..assuming the $53k a year is about $4500 a month and she then saved $350 a month of that ($350x12x7.5 = about $30k) and lived on $4k a month..john frankly said:
Okay so what you are saying is she earned 400k over 7.5 years ( 7.5 divided 400k = $53,333) not bad for a yearly income.... and paying bills, and 30K in cash savings 15 k for schook over 7.5 years..... Sounds to me she did okay after you work out the cost of living.
36! that is gross! Many of the Russian SP's have told me that they have often seen 8 per day and they work through their periods. They must be motivated, poor/debts or have some bad pimps.Miss Maya Blue said:Someone mentioned a girl seeing 8-10 guys a day, well, a CL pimp once bragged to me that his girl had seen 36 men in a single day. Gross eh? Trouble is, I actually do believe him....
Mrbig1949 said:I happen to know a girl who often sees 8-10 hh apts per day on busy days. Fav says 3 is avg day, 0-2 is bad day, 4-5 is great day financially speaking of course. Probably avg over a month 3 per working day. Diamond and Chinese Chrystal (the other one retired) say at $300/hr they could do very nicely on 2 guys a day but often will see 3 to make up for eventual slow days.
<--------- and you think 4500 per months a lot of money? When you add rent/ mortage, food, clothes, traveling expenses, heat, hydro....and little treat on occasion or throw a kid in to the equation.Depends who you are...if you think saving 8% of salary is good then it is good...just seems a bit low to me..assuming the $53k a year is about $4500 a month and she then saved $350 a month of that ($350x12x7.5 = about $30k) and lived on $4k a month..
Nor does sterio typing and grouping all into one bunch.Thank you Maya, for bringing some reality to this thread. Seriously guys. The handful of exceptions who do well, do not define an industry.
