Investing is not speculation, you have to know the true situation. Know what to buy, when to buy and if there is any sellers. Conversely you have to know when to sell and if there are still buyers. If you wait too long into the run the prices may have gone so high that the buyers have stopped buying.

Just to show I'm not full of it, here's snapshot of my mining stocks. Portfolio is up 12.51 % since July :p Cameco is the only disappointment

Mines and Gold is hot at this time. I predict a blip on all your stocks early in the week, possible continued rise mid and late week. Run may be over to AGI

Ttrump continues to blatantly manipulate the crypto and stock markets. It's unreal how he is getting away with this.
I do not do crypto, if Trump gets busted or goes nutso, his Trump coins will go down the toilet, that might take the whole crypto maket with it.

I was seriously considering buying some Intel at around $20, it seems to be the support floor for the stock but Intel is a total dog of a company right now. Every time there is an Intel rumor, the stock pops pretty well, but then it eventually crashes back down to $20.
Intel $25.03 U.S. may continue to rise short term.

Buffet is bad at market timing, he is always right but always early. If Buffett can not time the market, there is little hope for the rest of us. I think you should get into a defensive position sooner than later. I know it is hard to take that advice, that advice is not from me, it is from Buffet so it carries significant weight.
The house of Buffet is like any investment firm they do as other places do to make a profit. Buffett is projecting a slow, cautious and sure image to get the confidence of the public. Buffett is to Berkshire as Colonel Sanders is to KFC.

Holy shit we're in good times.

I moved my Investments to WS - which suck for performance measuring - but I looked at my Mom's investments that I manage and the one year returns range from 27% to 31% (TSX at 21%) and the 5 year range from 15.6% to 18.1% (TSX at 14.4%).

...and I just want to point out that according to the latest SPIVA report for 5 year returns, I am an investing GOD!. Top 10% baby!. Not THE God but more like a demi-God, maybe a Hercules, or a Orion, or a Perseus (who according to Wiki; son of Zeus and mortal princess Danae, whom he impregnated as a golden shower...appropriate for this site maybe).

Trading stock is all about probability, when the tipping point has been reached it is best to move on to another stock.

AGI is up 18% this week !
From your portfolio post AGI at $39.27, the price has risen to $41.98 which is a 6.94% gain. The low of the week was never at $35.50.
My algorithm exits the stock at 75% probability, which means that I do not risk the stock rolling back when nobody is buying. Sometimes a stock may rise 15-18% and becomes overbought, no one will buy until it drops back to an oversold price.

So just to prove to everyone that what I say is for real, here is the proof in the pudding. Here is my position on these miners as of the end of this week (I'll probably dump CCO nest week and buy more DML & SCZ). How about you post screen shot of you holdings so you can show people what your 'knowledge has attained you? Put up or shut up because I am tired of keyboard warriors who come here and espouse about their knowledge on this subject  I got into PM stocks less than 3 months ago (always been a stacker as I believe if it's not in your hand, you don't own it) but I realized there was potential in the markets. I forsee doubling my portfolio in less than 1 year. Will be glad to post the results next year.

Over to you

I don’t need to post my holdings, just the results. I make a profit on the vast majority of my picks. I’ve proven this many times in the past, and likely will in the future too. What matters most to me is doing well for myself.
When it comes to growing portfolios, I help some of my lady friends earn 2–3% per week, sometimes even more. If you compound a 3% weekly return for 52 weeks, their portfolios more than tripled annually.
As for me, I trade in and out of positions as I please, taking advantage of opportunities minute by minute. A master of his craft doesn’t rely on luck, consistent results come from using probability to your advantage.
Being profitable isn’t just about buying low and selling high. You also need to buy when shares are actually available and sell well before prices get too high and overbought. No matter where prices are, there are strategies that give skilled traders an edge over the average investor.
Making 17% in three months is well above average, but it doesn’t mean much if you lose that gain, or more, later in the year. Earning a steady 3% or more and compounding it over time is far more meaningful.

If you doubt my abilities, may I suggest a 5 stock shoot out. Pick five stocks and calculate the high point at the end of 5 trading days.

Over to you.
