Even though the movie was made about 20 years before I was born, I've yet to see one better.

Probably not a better scene but you may like it. When this is over click
on the link to the Lee van Cleef duel with the Baron from the same movie.
Super cool duel scene supported by Ennio Morricone's unforgettable music.

The duel from "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" certainly makes my top ten. But then, the whole movie start to finish is awesome, a masterpiece.

A scene I think absolutely jumps out from an otherwise very slow movie and should be in the running - the first Russian roulette scene from Deer Hunter, with Walkin and Dinero. The sheer intensity, the range of emotion - despair, rage, terror, hatred - the sheer will of Dinero in that scene, he wills them both through hell and their only path to survival. I wonder if either actor has ever been better.

Great movie. What's amazing too, is Eli Wallach. He was, like 50 when he made this in 1966 and is still around, last starring in the sequel to Wall Street. He was born in 1915.

The "draw" scene in High Noon starring Gary Cooper and the beautiful Grace Kelly. My ATF is still Burt Lancaster and Deborah Kerr making out on the beach in From Here To Eternity.

"Whoa you see that fucking head come apart man!"

Of all times...I would have to think about that, but in the westerns I like the final part of the fistful of dollars also by Sergio Leone ......the music is the backbone of this movie and love the trumpet that starts going at the 1 minute mark on the video. A classic.
