Stormy Daniels is helping Trump win this case! She said Donald Trump never offered her a penny and never told her to keep silent. That would mean that he never tried to hide the story for political purposes. She said Cohen worked out the payment agreement with her; this puts Cohen on the hook, not Trump. Trump was at no point involved. She said she is getting paid for going after TRUMP and is apparently committing FRAUD by putting the funds in her daughter’s name instead of paying what she owes Trump! SHE HAS DENIED THE AFFAIR WITH TRUMP FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES; but brought up SALACIOUS LIES ABOUT 2006 NOT RELATED TO THE CASE! Alvin Bragg and Mike Colangelo should be DISBARRED!

Free speech is not unlimited. You can't threaten or incite assaults, harrassments, riots or yell FIRE in a movie theater.
Criminal defendants have conditions placed on them while they are released on bail. Primary of which is not to communicate with witnesses or co-accused, directly or indirectly. Only through legal counsel.

The funny thing is, no matter what the right-wing echo chamber thinks, the only people who matter are the jury. Will they believe Stormy over Trump? Will they care that she hasn't paid the Donald court costs, considering he's an alleged billionaire and she is not even close....
The defence is still trying to argue that Trump never had sex with her....but her testimony shows a lot of details that you sort of know Trump would push.

What makes me laugh is the MAGA crowd keeps talking about how this trial is a disgrace to the legal system, but would be upset if Trump gets jailed for breaking rules that are not that uncommon for defendants. Hell, most defendants would be smart enough not to talk shit about the jury, judge or the court. For a system that says nobody is above the law, Trump is proving that isn't quite true....
