Based on her testimony, this entire case should be shut down. She said while speaking with Donald Trump, he never offered her a penny and never told her to keep silent. That would mean that he never tried to hide the story for political purposes. She also said Cohen worked out the payment agreement with her. Once again, this puts Cohen on the hook, not Trump. He made every agreement and Trump was at no point involved. This entire case will come down to Donald Trump’s word and the evidence vs Michael Cohen, a known convicted felon who has lied to authorities on multiple occasions. If it wasn’t political, this case would be shut down! Will the Jury see this sham for what it is?

JUST IN: Trump attorney Susan Necheles just absolutely embarrassed Stormy Daniels on the stand and caught her in a lie by using her own book against her. In her book “Full Disclosure” Stormy said that while talking to Gloria Allred she denied having a romantic relationship with Trump, but Daniels testified that she told Allred otherwise. When presented with the book, Daniels was speechless for a moment before saying “I denied it in a phone conversation, but when I met her in person I told her everything.” This case is such a joke. Why can’t they put it on TV so we can all laugh at Alvin Bragg and his witnesses?

If Daniels weren’t a Democrat attacking Trump, she would be in jail for disobeying a court order. But she will never go to jail. She has Democrat privilege. You don’t know what Democrat Privilege is? That’s what runs the American justice system now that Democrats have weaponized it against their enemies.
