Ok not depreciation, just over paid for it.

You don't even know what my car looks like, but technically it is a 'sports car', atleast to the insurance companies it is.Now it may not be 'your' kind of sport car, but there are plenty of 'us' out there and 'we' are entitled to 'our' cars as well.

You'll always be an ******* who can't accept other's for their own freedoms, its not me or the rest of the world who are losing out, its you who's missing out on the varieties out there. This isn't your 'world' it isn't 'my' world, this is 'our' world, stop putting people down for being different, let them be who they want to be,you are no better then anyone else.
You're right..........but i didn't start this thread.

<sigh>

Why does an all in good fun semi-flame war need to always degrade into a "You're an assh*le", "No, you're an assh*le" flame war?

Argue intelligently with each other. Namecalling is juvenile, and doesn't belong here.

Boys and their Toys

Just a comment. As a female I often associate "souped" up cars or "top of the line" cars as a mans way to compensate for something small...err...near the midsection. I know that most of my girlfreinds feel the same way. We will look at guys driving by in these cars and call them the "small p*nis cars". If you feel the need to show your manhood with a car, you must be missing it else where. LOL. No offence to any guys here, but it is just an observation. (ducks and covers)

M3 bimmer.........nice.

I think "wrong hole" should get a Porsche Turbo whale tail on his M3. As for Troops, I am sure any AMG or AC Schnitzer kit would look fine on your Vette ... hehehe :D

Or how about Honda's with TRD and Toyota's with Mugen ? haha

...not really....it's a traffic cops wet dream apparently....i get pulled over at least twice a week....

my friends tell me i don't dress appropriately ...so the cops think i jacked the car

...i suppose i shouldn't wear t-shirts that says 'Eat the rich' or 'I'm with stupid' with an arrow pointing down to my penis...

i'm considering buying another car for day to day driving....maybe a G35....

Believe me......even if i met you in a bar, i wouldn't give you the time of day if thats your attitude towards men who've worked hard in life for what they have and drive.

Cars are in the eye of the beholder

As a lifetime professional car nut and collector it has been my experience that as long as what you have makes you happy that is the main thing. I have seen people spend millions collecting cars that some people would not spend the time to take to the scrap yard. And I have seen people spend millions on cars that they think will impress everyone and not be happy. I myself have owned well over 200 cars of all types and find that impressing people should not be used as a way to choose what you buy.

As for rice rockets vs musclecars vs exotics they all have their good and bad qualities. I personally own enough cars right now (street/race) that I should be able to beat anything on the street, but their is always someone faster.

That being said to anyone out their, that has more mouth than balls PM me and I will be more than happy to meet up with you and let you experience what it is like to truly be left in the dust .

P.S. Troops did pay a bit to much for his car, but as I said earlier if it makes him happy that is the main thing. Hell I have a 930 turbo with more than $200,000.00 US invested and could maybe get $50,000.00 for it but damn it is a fun car to drive.

As Spawny says with cars and with life GO IN DEEPER COME OUT HARDER.
