Known banned members allowed to return??

Why are known permanently banned members allowed to return under a different handle. What is the point of banning them? I realize terb has thousands of members and anyone can just sign back up because it's impossible to track all members. I'm talking about when it's clear who the old member is under a new handle, or is it more of a question, why do I care?

I'm talking about the old annoying rocky and the still annoying skyrider.

There is a guy like that here Batman. He really has something for Ron. Every time Batman changes his story. Just yesterday he hacked somebody's account and wrote that Ron was trying to choke him and then sexualy assaulted him or something along those lines. That guy belongs in a crazy house.

P.S. Oagre, just out of curiosity, do you recall who the members were that Alien considered the Wolverines? It was about 10 or more years ago and a regular group of posters called him out on his bullshit and he also perceived it as a personal attack, he was another who was unable to see how high his bullshit was piled.

Fruity Hare is still hurt by a conversation that he said happened 10 or so years ago. I sort of remember that was the last time I have had any conversation with him. He and a famous ultra Cackler tried to gang up on me and I gave them one of my famous cartoons. I guess he did not appreciate the humor. I have been avoiding Fruity all this time. ( Cacklers hate that )
