Thanks again for the comments (and the critics).

thanks!
And I'll try to dig into behavior and interview techniques...

Thanks again. I do share your opinion on technical skills. I guess for the appearance I'd need feedback from the interviews but it's always "excellent"... how can you evolve without critics?...

No worries, I do make the difference between hobbies and jobs.
Now as regard to my experience in mech engeneering, you should not overestimate the reality of things. We were only two to handle the project and most of the time the subcontractors will do most of the work. You have your idea and your job is to make sure that the contractors will understand it.
I am concerned that you do not judge this experience as credible, as you are probably not aware of the industrial production environment.
And no, the company is not looking for you even if you achieve successes. It's also a big problem in France: management. My experience there led me to design mechanical tools as well, which have been patented, but then again it did not grant me any particular position in the company; and you know what: that's why I left.
No matter the country, people are the same. When they don't want to know they don't ask; and I thought I could bump into risk-takers, at last, but once again you hit barriers of fear and narrow-mindedness.
I'll keep going.
All that discussion has already allowed me to rethink my resume; it's going to make a lot of drinks if I find a job thanks to that
