without the occasional poker tournament i have no interest in this casinoDo they have poker tables?
My question also. If not, no way would I waste my money playing slots or table games except for blackjack perhaps.Do they have poker tables?
My guess is that the WPT moves the Fallsview event to Toronto in a couple of years.without the occasional poker tournament i have no interest in this casino

Do they have poker tables?
In my walk around the new floor I did not see poker tables or a poker room. No mention of it on the website as well.My question also. If not, no way would I waste my money playing slots or table games except for blackjack perhaps.
We will have to watch the outcall reviews to see if anyone has them to the new hotel once it's open. Guessing the casino hotel price will be high, I agree the 401/427 hotels will get a big boost from the casino opening up and would be good for business for the SP's as well.Does this mean more out of province SP’s will be “flocking” to GTA?
The 401-427 area will become our new heaven!
How can they justify that? The house already has the statistical advantage, even at 3:2. That's B.S., but consistent with how our government gives us worse odds than illegal bookies and professional institutions. One thing I noted, like Woodbine - blackjack $25 and $50 tables were 6:5 blackjack. You have to play the $100 tables to get tradtional 3:2 blackjack if that matters to you.
It's wide spread in Vegas as well for lower limit tables, at least in the casinos on The Strip. How can they justify that? The house already has the statistical advantage, even at 3:2. That's B.S., but consistent with how our government gives us worse odds than illegal bookies and professional institutions.
and Brantford stopped with poker tournaments awhile back......not generating enough revenue is my guessIt's wide spread in Vegas as well for lower limit tables, at least in the casinos on The Strip.
Woodbine has had 6:5 for most of their $25 and $50 tables as well if I recall correctly. I visited a few times and never went back. Looks like the new Toronto Casino 'wing' is more of the same.
Brantford (owned by the same company) still has 3:2 $25 tables but is small, usually only 4-8 blackjack tables going even on busier nights (weekend) so I stopped going there months ago.
Thank you for sharing. Outside of Vegas, where do you find poker tournaments closer to home?and Brantford stopped with poker tournaments awhile back......not generating enough revenue is my guess
Vegas has been like this for years. And steadily expanded to where the Strip its most tables now. Same with adding 00 and even 000 to roulette tables. And comps becoming non existing for low tier players. How can they justify that? The house already has the statistical advantage, even at 3:2. That's B.S., but consistent with how our government gives us worse odds than illegal bookies and professional institutions.
Because $5, $10 and $15 tables are so rare and always full I have adjusted to looking for $25 to $100 tables when I go.Wait, 25 and 50 black jack is considered small stakes?
Should I even ask if there are any 5 or 10 dollar tables or it's not worth the casino's time and effort.
