C4 for preworkout!
Fish oil and a digestive enzyme during meals. I don’t like cooking the fish oil in my food though, I just take a measured shot of it halfway through eating. Liquid though, not pill form.
Good old whey, but only if I’m not eating solid food within the hour after I work out.
Program wise? Insanity, 4 times. P90X is okay too, aside from the amount of stuff you need to complete the workout. I prefer using my body versus machines or gadgets. That or dance class. Sometimes a ballet or contemporary class kicks my ass in conditioning way more than the gym.
You need the protein shakes though. Can't be eating 20 chicken breasts a day.Fuck supplements, bunch of snake oil shit. Eat proper foods, the end.
Your body can only absorb so much protein before your kidney starts getting fucked around with. Just like "milk" from a cow, worst thing ever. You need the protein shakes though. Can't be eating 20 chicken breasts a day.
Other than that I take two creatine HCL pills and a single multivitamin pill a day.
Be careful you don't over train and start to lose muscle. It's pretty common with training 7 days a week and no off days to recover.Very very impressive Chloe.
Currently I am in the gym every day
2 days legs
2 days cardio - battle rope
3 days upper body
Workouts between 30 mins to an hour.
Current goal is to shred up before the summer.
I stay away from creatine. All it did for me was make me feel bloated. I stick with whey protein and glutamine. You need the protein shakes though. Can't be eating 20 chicken breasts a day.

That's not true according to established research: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10722779Your body can only absorb so much protein before your kidney starts getting fucked around with. Just like "milk" from a cow, worst thing ever.
The dietary standards are heavily lobbied to both Canadian and US government and in turn they tell us what to eat and how much we need, it's all bullshit.
It all depends on if you decided to take the red pill or the blue pill (from the Matrix).
Hmm how do I become a professor of meat science? :biggrin-new:

The protein intake rules of thumb (1g per lb body weight per day for bodybuilding, 1.2-1.5g per lb when “cutting”) come from bodybuilding circles, not some food pyramid. https://www.muscleforlife.com/how-much-protein-build-muscle/ I'm about 180 lb. To take in 180 g of protein through "natural" foods would be impractical, 3x 10oz steaks per day.
