I have several Macs and iPhones over the years that I have damaged and have had them repaired here http://www.appleservicedepot.com for really fair prices. They can even repair failed components on the motherboard. Can replace bent lids on laptops, new displays oon any macbook .
My cost for owning computers has gone down drastically since switched to Mac 10+ years ago. No hassles with configurations, virus', malware etc. And the oldest MacBook I have is a 2010 and it still runs the latest OSX fast. 9 years for $1200. No extra charges for OSX upgrades like Windows.
I bought a $700 Windows laptop machine for a specific purpose (USB external sensors) and it is a fucking PITA with all the updates, and config changes etc. Crippled OS Home/Pro etc.
APPLE IS SHIT

Either way the main reason people use 3rd party cleaners has more to do with their flexibility than any perceived (minimal) product differentiation
