That's not true of the new ones. They place a button in the scrotum. You push to get up or let it down. A healthcare worker in urology asked if I want to be 18 again!! Think about it, that's more or less true. The problem is it's a 4 hour operation with all the associated risks and there is no going back. It can wear out, but it can be replaced.
