These missiles are designed to self destruct in the air to avoid this, but Ukraine appears to have disabled this for a tiny amount if extra range and the propaganda of Russians attacking civilians. So in other words they have transferred all that they can spare at this time.
Arms that are being manufactured at this time will still be sent.

Personally I think even their modern kit would be of better use for the defense of Poland if used by Ukrainians to fuck Russian shit up, within limits of course. However I don't think those limits have been reached.

Oh, and other countries have plenty of gear, the US has 3000 M1 tanks sitting in actual maintained storage for example.
