I need drink to wake me up in the morning but I don't drink coffee or tea cause I'm sensative to caffiene and need something to wake me up in the morning hours. any recommendations on a drink? thanks

shrek71 said:Fruit juices are bad from a blood sugar point of view. It causes a spike in blood sugar which gives you an energy boost, but you end up getting a blood sugar crash a couple hours later and then you end up feel tired again. Best to avoid.
