Most recent help from Canada contributed with 885 million of military supplies, 220 million of Drones (mostly joint-venture with Canadian industries for development of Drones and personal training). 165 million of military initiatives, mostly Canadian soldiers' deployment and a partnership of 100 million with Czechia to provide ammunition.
Ukraine does not have time to train, develop, and/or produce anything right now. Money is not what they need. They need equipment, training, and logistical help.

While I am very much a supporter of immigration and accepting refugees.. When my family fled Soviet occupation, they grieved the loss of their home and country to the Russians. But they didn't bring their beefs to Canada, the United States, Australia and Great Britain where other refugees settled.

Russia couldn't even take over the rest of the Donbas with all their efforts and equipment. Russia, without the threat of a nuclear chimpanzee with a straight razor, does not stand a chance against western militaries. Least of all the NATO alliance. Even just the European NATO forces without Trump's bellicose yipping, could hold off Russia. But at GREAT cost to their countries, cities, towns, homes, infrastructure. Russia just destroys everything in their path. Better to give MONEY, equipment and ammunition to Ukraine and let them beat down Russia.

"This cynical crime is yet another example of the Russian military's systematic disregard for international humanitarian law and the right of civilians to life," the prosecutor's office said.
Deliberately targeting civilians constitutes a war crime under the Geneva Conventions.
The office states that the case is being investigated under Part 2 of Article 438 of Ukraine's Criminal Code, which covers violation of the laws and customs of war, resulting in death.
According to the brigade, Russian soldiers filmed the attack with the aim of further disseminating the footage in their propaganda materials and falsely accusing Ukraine's Armed Forces.
"This crime is yet another proof that the occupiers have no concept of honor, morality, or law," the brigade added.
