Why do Palestinians need to agree that Israel has to abide by the ICJ rulings?
The ICJ says Israel must leave Palestine, including the West Bank, Gaza and Jerusalem.

That applies to Israel, there are no qualifications that Palestine must agree that Israel must honour international law.

Sorry but the UN, ICJ, ICC all explicitly demanded Hamas immediately and unconditionally return their hostages. You're just making excuses for them because in this case, the UN< ICC, and ICJ aren't serving your purposes.

And your claims might be believable if you ever criticized Hamas for the things UN, ICJ, ICC condemned them for.

- That the unguided rockets fired by Hamas are completely unjustifiable and firing them from built-up areas violates the laws of war?
- That even if settlements are illegal, residents of settlements are not valid targets?

You cannot quote ICJ rulings without admitting this is also true.

The ICC is in the process of laying warrants for Netanyahu for genocide.
You cannot ignore this when you quote the ICC.

The UN has ruled Israel is committing genocide, rules through apartheid and the occupation is illegal.

The evidence and reports say that Hamas committed some war crimes on Oct 7, as did Israel.
There is no evidence of sexual violence, the HRW report repeats Israeli allegations that have been debunked months again. Even so, investigating these is warranted to confirm they are bullshit.

Do you believe:
- The occupation is illegal, as ruled by the UN and ICJ
- Israel must leave Palestine, as ruled by the ICJ
- Israel is apartheid, as ruled by the ICJ and UN
- Israel is committing genocide, as found by the UN and being investigated for charges by the ICC and ICJ.
- Israel has likely killed 186,000 Palestinians, half of whom are children, as suggested by the Lancet.
- Israel is intentionally using starvation and water deprivation to kill civilians, as reported by the UN
- Israel has intentionally destroyed the Gaza health care system as part of their campaign of genocide, as noted by the UN.
