Exactly. What about RMTs? What about nurses? What about doctors? They do have close contacts with patients, and, sometime, do have to touch the genitals (e.g., vasectomy). Can a white female surgeon refuse to do vasectomy to black guy? How about white female nurse that needs to do a sponge bath to black guy? Acrobats? Dancers? It is cutting pretty close to the basic MP services: touches in the same area. The only difference is sexual arouse by the client, but who knows what is going on in that 80 y.o. black dude in a nursing home when a nice 30 y.o. white nurse is taking care of him?
The restrictions are pretty much applied only by SP's. I have not seen race restrictions applied at spas, whether RMT, semi-legit, holistic, or rub & tugs. I've seen plenty of black guys coming in for sessions at Pure, Perla, Flirt, Seduction, etc.

RMT's, MPA's, nurses, doctors, etc., generally do not have to meet some strange guy they've never met before, one on one, in an apartment, condo, or slightly less risky hotel room, and s*ck or f*ck them.

No black / no brown clients. We see this on ads often. There are a lot of escorts joining the woke brigade this time. Wanted to use the opportunity to bump an old topic of ours. Do We still think escorts have a right to chose or do We now think that it's just racist as f.
Systemic Racism in the Sex Trafficking Industry!? Where is the outrage!? Where are the protesters!?

It’s both. They have a right to choose and it’s racist af.

Again, sometimes the few spoil it for the many. I've met quite a few SP's who won't see black clients because of a few bad experiences. Too rough, too big, or trying to become their pimp. After a few too many of those experiences some have banned black clients. In some cases they may have black boyfriends, who treat them just fine and make them happy, but that does not erase their fear of having another bad experience with an unknown black client.

It doesn't mean that the lady can't sympathize with the plight of blacks and other mistreated ethnicities, and support their causes.
You guys can go back and forth and argue all you want....or you can read the above quote and be done with this topic as it is the truth, whether you agree with it or not.

This means people in our free society have the right
to choose to be a racist as f.
Yes! This is a free country. As long as you are not breaking any law, you can be racist, fascist, homophobic, etc. No one should care. Furthermore, you should not be discriminated based on your believes whatever these beliefs (including discrimination at the workplace)

I think that Providers should of course be able to choose who they see but ads that say "no black men" or similar make me uncomfortable. If you're going to be like that leave it up until screening and make your own decision then based on the vibes you get after speaking to them. People of the same races do not all behave the same way.

I didn't read the thread because they come up so often. I don't think there is anything new that someone can say that I have not heard already on the topic.

But what I will say is in regards to law because someone always brings it up

With regards to law and civil rights, it is a situation of competing rights.

The right for a woman to choose
The right to service without discrimination

If before a court of law, no judge is going to order that a woman must be fucked by a person with money if she is a sex worker. A woman's right to her body will always T
trump the right to service without discrimination.

On that topic, discrimination can also be against age and sexual orientation for example. I don't see men under 30/35 and and I don't see women. This is why this would never hold up in court.

Woman's body = woman's choice.

Best you can do is avoid those women if you feel that strongly about discrimination in the industry. But you better be prepared to avoid all sex workers who discriminate against things. Not just selectively pick those who discriminate against race. If not, you're a hypocrite.

Lastly - remember that you don't know the reason why. Many who discriminate against their own races usually do because they don't want to cross paths with someone. Nothing racists. Many white girls hang out in black communities so the same could be said. You can't say all discrimination is racist. They are two different things. They can combine but they start out separate. So unless you know for sure she is not seeing a black man because she is racist, all you can say is she is discriminatory. Which a lot of escorts are about one thing or another. Myself included. Every escort who only sees men is discriminatory.

It depends, if she is a member of a certain ethnicity and afraid being outed then that is a personal/safety issue, otherwise yes she is a bigot and even if I wasnt part of the group she discriminated against I would simply take my money elsewhere. Years back on here I posted a mediocre review of an sp, which then someone from the agency reviewed I should have been open about my disability (which I have no idea could have been an issue), anyway I didnt make a big hoopla out of it and just decided I will go see the other 99.9% of escorts who have zero issue with my disability, as my money is just as good as anyone else

@jessica Seeing men over 30-35 is selectivity more than discriminatory. Guys under 30 will get there so even if they can't see you now, they can in few years. Not seeing women is also not a matter of choice because you were born straight. But I don't see how MoC can change their color to suite the preference. And it's an explicit choice to not see MoC which is what I think is wrong. Like someone mentioned screening and declining makes sense because now you have some points to take or decline service.

Would your view be the same if the prostitution was completely legal and "shops" with street access be available to general public? For example, do you think it is OK for SP at Nevada legal brothels to refuse black clients?

Good point. And what would we say if we come across girls with tinder profiles saying no black gents?

Put it this way. A black or brown individual is not going to have a good time with a provider who doesn't really want to see them, but will just do so to not appear racist.

I would much rather see someone who has no biases based on my pigment levels than risk seeing someone and they provide a negative experience.

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe even there women can make the choice for themselves, no?

Basically, not wanting to see black clients is racist, but it is completely acceptable since sex is a "special" service. Basically, sex industry is the only service industry that racism is OK. I am not arguing if it is bad or good, just stating the facts. However, it raises an interesting point: can somebody state that racism should not be tolerated but, at the same time, agrees that it is OK in sex industry? Does it make that person a hypocrite? Jessica, please, do not take it personal, I just want to exercise my mind and I hope to engage you in a logical discussion :)
