Nice! Thats the thing.... SB can spend 2-4 hrs for the PPM rate and it becomes less transactional imho. I hope i will stick to one and not keep chasing.
From your experience, what are common red flags i should avoid?

Seeing SB's just has more of a personal touch. There is no booking appointments or having to leave once your time is up.
