Lol. Thats not how you quantify a war. They don't do things that way any more. I will refine it. Trump right now has essentially backed himself into a corner. Unless Iran capitulates to Israeli demands he has to attack or TACO. He has done both in the past.
He will likely attack at some point. It's the level of retaliation that matters. If Ballistic missiles and drones get through and kill a ship or a bunch of service men He will have to escalate things. Or the hawks eill eat him alive, as will his base. So in a way whether an actual war occurs isn't up to Trump. He wants the easy win.
But he may not get it.

You feel that he won't start a war but that is not completely in his control and it is subjective in terms of interpretation. ("You started the war." " No, you started the war.")
Making the bet on who fired the first missile onto the other side, is much more objective.

The US judicial system is an entity unto itself and unique to the US. As you said, no other country in the world has their system.
