This issue is not nearly as complicated as you seem to think it is.

That's an interesting approach, and presumably why you want the Federal government involved.
There is a much larger section of the population that thinks hobbying is abusive to women.
Do you think that means they should be able to shut down hobbying?
For most of the population, that's a way more important issue.
I think that what two consenting adults do in privacy is fundamentally different than what's being discussed here.
I'm saying that more of the population would likely argue that you and your hobbying is more of a threat to women than trans women in sports.
Do you have data on this or is this just your hunch?
We do know surveys say that more than 80% of the population is opposed to trans in women's sports.
Again the two things are not comparable, anyway. One has to do with fair competition. The other has to do with sexual activities between two consenting adults.
Same subject, just trying to figure out why you think women would be more upset about trans women in sports than hobbyists.
