Well Season 3 of BG is out, and guess what......I didn't buy it. Let me know when it's $19.95.

Dude, just watch it on space...I think CITYtv is carrying it as well....though the boxed sets do have some good background stuff. The enterprise outtakes were fricken hilarious.....(but I was hoping for more of Jolene naked....damn)

I want more Grace Park naked, but she's half-brain dead in real life (and married to another Korean), I'm finding out. LOL. Still think she should get better roles, however.

In a way, they are smart to end it after 4 seasons. Before it gets stale.

I bought the Season 3 DVD the other day. I only started watching BSG on DVD last year, never having caught it on TV. So many people were telling me to watch the show I finally decided to check it out and was profoundly impressed. The story lines, the charachters, the cinematography are second to none frankly.

I've never seen it on TV either, all on DVD for me and just got season 3 a week ago and already 2/3 finished with it.

But I'm just wondering something. Does anyone know by any chance what the Rogers Cable channel number is for the space channel?
Spent about 5 minutes looking through a list of their 1000 channels or so; but, I couldn't find it.
I'm interested in recording the first episode of season 4 on TV on April 4. Thanks.

Well....GREAT episode....

Anyone catching the theme of Baltar as a messanic figure? It started in Season 3 with the trial, and is continuing with his "apostles" giving him sanctuary, and his plea to the "One God" to take him and spare the "little child(ren)"? Even the physical appearance....long hair and a beard.

So...is Starbuck a Cylon? I don't think so, but I do think she has been captured by the Cylons, and had her mind tampered with.

As for the "Final Four"....I think Anders will reveal himself to Starbuck as a Cylon, even though she has already told him she would shoot him right between the eyes(only half in jest). This will create a great conflict, now that Anders is a Viper pilot.

There is some new speculation that it's Apollo that's the 12th Cylon.....Apollo made some comment in a conversation with Adama about "what if Zak came back from the dead, and we found out he was a Cylon...would it make a difference?" Is that a set-up for a future episode...?

Should be a great final season!!!

I don't think that Starbuck is a cylon, and I don't think that she was captured by the cylons.

If you remember in the original series, Apollo was killed by Count Iblis on this mysterious planet when Apollo and Starbuck get her to look at some mysterious wreckage that was never explained (presumably the Pegusus commanded by her father - Admiral Cain and somehow Iblis was responsible for it). At the time, Iblis kills Apollo and next thing you know, as they are taking his body back to the Galacitica, their ship is surrounded by these mysterious lights and they are taken to some place that was never explained. Apollo was laying there in a white uniform and he was restored or repaired by the light beings. (There was this huge religous overtone to the show that somehow Iblis was Satan and the light beings are angels). Anyway, in that show Apollo, Starbuck and Sheba (their uniforms all white) end up back on the Galactica.

I'm wondering if the producers today aren't taking a que from the old show with this Starbuck is reborn angle.

The religous overtones are getting rather extreme.

Well, in Season 1 of the new series, Starbuck WAS captured by the Cylons and they checked her little pussy, remember? She saw that massive breeding complex as well. So they have her DNA and can replicate her all they want.

As for the original series, Cain (Lloyd Bridges) was a Commander, not referred to as an Admiral.

I stand corrected, however, if you remember in the original series, the "Angels" were shrouded in a white light.

In Season 3 of the new BSG when the Lucy Lawless Cylon finds the final five, the final five are also all shrouded in white light.

Hmmmm....
