Yeah, old thread but it might be appropriate to tip your favourite ladies since the holiday season is fast approaching and it might help them with thier gifting or expenses.

Hey Guys- How do you feel about tipping if you get outstanding service? I get tipped about 30% of the time but try and always give outstanding service- ymmv- what is the concensus on tipping. Or do you feel you have already paid enough? There is no wrong answer.

While I generally feel that the going rate is enough (plenty, actually), that has no bearing on my tipping etiquette. The going rate is the going rate.
I'll tip for any service above average. How much I tip depends on how far above average the session was. I've tipped anywhere from $20 to $120 for sessions an hour or less in length.

I don't tip.................................. A few times a year I'll give a gift card to her favorite restaurant.

I think a lot of guys do things like that and it's nice. Sometimes it's the little niceties that are better than cash tips.
