in the near east new religions copy stories from older religions. Moses appearing in the Koran is nothing new. the Bahai faith also mentioned the prophet mohammed
So again what is your point? the fact that the Koran mentions Moses is irrelevant. The fact that the Baha'i faith mentions Mohammad is irrelevant. So far you have diminished the validity of Judaism, Christianity, Islam and now Baha'i. Is it only your view which has some historical accuracy or validity.
Hang on a second here, you can't say one religious book isn't history (which is true, only sections with supporting historical/archaeological evidence should be taken as "known" to have happened) but then use another religious book as evidence of something. Either religious texts can be used as factual history or they can't, there's no logical way to pick and choose amongst them.
Again what reputable sources are you basing this upon. I already mentioned the Tel Dan stele that would seem to put a hole in your theory or did these later Jews just decide to "adopt" this. Further, how do you deal with the Babylonian writings which mention Nebuchadrezzar's sieges of Jerusalem and the fall of Judea and the "Babylonian Captivity."
