The USA was compassionate enough to allow him to stay while his opps were threatening to kill him back home. But now that his opps are all dead or behind bars for life in CECOT, his ass was deported back to where he belongs.
Every US citizen is now a little safer that he's gone.

It is a crime. It's a federal offence in the USA.
I have no control over El Salvador's criminal justice system, however whatever they're doing has been very successful.
Its citizens are happy. They don't have to fear being murdered and tortured by gangs anymore.
The standard is to deport illegals back to their country of origin. It's the same standard practically everywhere on earth.
