That doesn't address the feeloading of those who don't take the vaccine counting on most people doing the right thing.

i just got my 2nd dose yesterday. was able to get it in ottawa. was supposed to get it july 29th. they sent an email saying i can book sooner. When i put my healthcard number in the ontario covid vaccine website about 5 days ago a huge list of vaccine clinics popped up in ottawa that were not available before.
There's a lot of options right now in ottawa. Try the website and see if you can get in earlier. When I booked at the u of o minto complex they had a ton of time slots to choose from.

Actually, I got my second one yesterday too, as it turned out there was a pop-up clinic that popped up at a shopping center near me, and they said I was eligible, even though I went to the same clinic the day before, and they said I wasn't eligible. Oh well, whatever, I'll take it.

It's without a doubt that we will have to pay for people's negligence, that's just how single-payer healthcare works, all for one, one for all. What needs to be determined is why there are so many people who doubt what the government is telling them to do. We know governments lie all of the time about many things, so perhaps that's why there is this mistrust, I don't know? It's a matter of determining which things to believe from the government and which things not to.

As previously stated in earlier similar threads, not spreading covid is about caring for everyone around you and those around them.
