A few years ago I had a severe bout of virtigo. I first noticed it when I was sleeping on my back and when I turned to sleep on my side my head would get very dizzy.
Then when I was up and out and about whenever I would bend down my head would start to spin and feel very dizzy. I don't recall how it went away after a few days.
This morning as I was getting out of bed I quickly turned to my left to check the time on the nightstand clock then sat up quickly on the side of the bed to get up.
That's when my head started to spin and I had to quickly lay back down on the bed to stop my head from spinning.
When I got up I noticed whenever I would bend my head down to look down I would start to feel lightheaded.
Anyone else here has virtigo?
