Some cities so congested, many never pocess lic. in their life. Hard for 'us' to grasp concept of without a car.
On th flip side, some of most congested traffic cities are in Asia (& S. America) with 6 or more vehicles squeezed into 3 lanes.
One must be NASCAR driver to dodge traffic, mopeds, people, sometimes livestocks. While only 1 N.American city would qualify with crazy traffic, imagine that. L.A. don't count, traffic don't squeeze between narraow openings of 2 vehicles.
