I use to work out 6 hrs a day...running and going to the gym...training for triathons so I never needed any artificial help
but since I decided to work(which I still regret), I haven't been able to get to the gym as much and in my old age, my metabolism isn't what it use to be....and I don't want wrong hole to be fat hole...because everyone makes fun of the fat guy...
Can anyone suggest a good supplement that can increase my energy levels(that works and no nasty side effects) to help my workouts....I don't want muscle mass(hockey goon or SC bouncer is not my future occupation)....just good definition without the need to work out 7 days a week....
