Sorry I missed your question.

What was I convicted of and where?
Way to dance around the question. I asked if you were wrongly convicted of murder and sentenced to death, would you still support the death penalty? It appears that you can read, why don't you say yes or no?

You posed a question so I am asking you to expand on it. It is your game I am just trying to understand it.

Look I suspect I could not change your mind on the subject. Why are you convinced you can change mine? Your Vulcan like logic?

Personally, I think that we should permanently solve all problems of crime and make liberal use of our planet's massive nuclear arsenal to destroy humanity. Only this will put an end to crime.

In the meantime, I'm all for life in prison and against the death penalty. For those slime and scum with whom I am at war (i.e white supramacists) death is too good for them but it will suffice until hell can be brought to earth and I can fry them in it for all eternity...

Why are you avoiding answering the question? Yes or no?

I am not avoiding the question I am looking for clarification.

BTW your question is foolish unless you put it in context.

Let me pose this one to you. Let's say 3 men all of which had been convicted of multiple killings and released after serving part of their sentences, entered the homes of your family members. They killed and brutalized your family. They forced your mothers to kill you father before they killed her. They raped your 3 year old sister and let her bleed to death. These sick bastards even video recorded their killing spree. Once caught they plead it down to murder 2. Do you feel good about the fact they can be paroled in 20 years?

There are some of you that make valid points about whether or not there should be capital punishment or not. I just think that there are way too many innocent people in jail that have been wrongfully convicted and others that have committed heinous crimes that did not get enough time in jail.

IMHO, if the accused is found guilty of a horrible crime then I don't believe that there should be any chance of parole. What they could do is put this fucker in the general population and let's see how long that asshole lasts. ;)

You are now begining to see a good option. But what if they are innocent?

It all depends on the crime and if they have certain evidence such as DNA.

It all depends on the crime but if the accused is convicted it should be "beyond a reasonable doubt".

Personally, it should be "no doubt".
Justice is flawed. We all know that and stil stand by it because until there is another system that is more effective it is the best we have.

Most people who stand up and cry the death penalty should never be used, do not understand the criteria for it. Charlie Manson is a classic example of who should be strapped to a chair. No DNA needed there
