so folks

what do you think xbox or wii

I know it's harder to find a wii but I am choking at the price of these games and want to buy the best one for the money any help?

Look at which system has games that you like. No point buying a machine with games that you don't want to play.

Also do you care if the machine does other things. I have a PS3 and basically you can play ps1,2,3 games, dvds, cds, blu ray dvds, 60 gig HD that you can put mp3s and mpegs onto and you can go online. However, while I like the machine I think it's not worth buying until the game library becomes bigger.

The price of the 360 and ps3 just both went down recently.

Wii has innovative gameplay and low cost as it's selling point but the games are a bit more PG.

if you're into rpg's then buy a ps3. Their game selection (ps3 games)will be a lot bigger by summer's end. As frank stated, you can also play the old ps1 and ps2 games. Wether you but a 360 or ps3, make sure you have a hd tv to enjoy the graphics. Otherwise stick with the ps2.
