I like the Raptors... and congratulate them for getting to the Eastern final, but the only way they're going to win a game is if LBJ breaks a leg sometime before game 4.

We don't have a superstar, and that's what we need to win a championship.

if they keep the higher pick are any of the youngsters available? bench needs help and it is rare for a pick with limited college experience to play meaningful minutes. Wright may get you something, Bebe as a throw in, on a trade.

doubt JJ or Scola return, Ross is a tradable piece, salary is in line with the cap, he is young and some think he has talent.

Agree. It only took the raps roughly 70mil to get to the eastern conference finals. Thats pretty damn impressive! Eventhough they will probably lose this series im still pretty proud of what they've accomplished.

The Raptors beat both Clevland and bad officiating.

For a change the Cavs were shooting blanks, thus allowing Biyombo's 26 rebounds. The way he's been playing in these playoffs, Biyombo may get 15+ mil per in his next contract and I don't know if the Raptors can afford to keep him.

We waited 20 years to feel that we belong and last night is as defining a moment for franchise as any. Just hoped they wouldn't get swept but what they did hier soir was epic in the face of all the negativity and abuse they've received in the last 72 hours. Regardless of outcome of the series, that was a game for the ages for all fans. Now maybe Love and Irving will turn it into 4 game slump and we can surprise the world! Let's go Raptors!

The fix must have been put in when the collective bargaining agreement with the ref Union was made. For global marketing the league wanted the calls to go in favour of the more popular teams with the biggest stars so they can go far in the playoffs. The better the league benefit from successful global marketing the better for the refs' negotiating power.

I don't remember we got these many biased calls against us when Vince Carter was at the peak of his popularity.

I disagree Rocco, if the Raptors develop into a powerhouse they've have a bigger global reach than any American team. Adam Silver would be very happy if the Raptors played in London England every year.

Is there a fix? I doubt it. Is it really worth that much more money in having LeBron play an extra 4 to 7 games in the finals? OKC and GSW both sell a lot of jerseys and are popular in their own rights. Curry is the number one jersey, Durant and Westbrook are 5 and 7. So regardless of who wins in the west there will still be a lot of people tuning in. Not to mention of Lebron's fans..... how many are hardcore fans of the game? Some of them will watch the finals regardless.

LeBron to me is a pussy. Oh he's happy to throw elbows driving to the basket but when Kyle pushes all 270 pounds of him he fell like he got run over. That foul by his own teammate was priceless. He could have an amazing soccer career in his future. Ever since the Decision to take his talents to South Beach, I hated the guy. Need more evidence he is a pussy? He subtweeted about his own team, if you are a leader..... speak to them. Don't use social media.

As far as I am concerned each season for the Raptors is about building legitimacy. I think they have done that in spades. The next big step is to sign a significant free agent.
