I thought the Crown did some good work to make Carter Hart look like a real asshole…he continued the player theme of “it’s all her fault” and “I don’t remember”.
He says Cal Foote was fully clothed when he did the splits over EM…sure he was.
Also during cross, “No,” Hart concedes, agreeing that E.M. never “offered” oral sex”…that could be a key point.

It should also be noted that Hart didn't have to take the stand. He has the presumption of innocence and the right to remain silent. The fact that he chose to lends further credibility to his innocence. He has nothing to hide.
They're calling it the partial splits not full spits. Implicating there was no contact and that he had shorts on..Which contradicts directly what she said.
. She demands that someone ''f#ck her'' but not offering oral sex is bad somehow? Sounds like consent to me.

My take is that If they put Formenton on the stand then the defense is worried about how things are going...My guess is that they do not. Let's see.
I think it was teabaging, why would Cal Foote call players and tell them “don’t say what you saw I did”. which 2 players have testified. I believe she is telling the truth and Carter Hart is lying.
The players say she suggested…it’s still not consent…again, read the law on “consent and sexual assault “. So in your world if a woman asks if you want a blow job, you say “great, that’s consent”. whip her around and fuck her up the ass, is that consent? Each act has to be consented.

I don’t think putting Carter Hart on the stand was a good idea, admitted she never consented to oral sex might be a blow, and he got 2 blow jobs from previous testimony but only remembers one…the players say they were so drunk to remember anything but say she was sober, really?
Whats Formenton gonna do on stand, say “I don’t remember 15 times?”
The video tape says she was sober, walking down those steps in 6" heels, completely balanced, not holding on to the railing.

If they had video of her showing any sign of impairment I would inclined to trust her testimony.
But I've run this by a few females that I know and without prompting they all said if they were really drunk they would automatically removed those stilettos.

There is video of her at the bar drinking lots...if the players say they were all "really drunk" shouldn't she be too?
Those females, whoever they are, I'd say are not reliable to tell if a person who they don't know and have never met can't walk on heels when she's drunk...that's as bad as the cop who watched a 4-second video of her walking thru the hotel lobby and determined she wasn't too intoxicated.
How can the players use intoxication for their behaviour of "memory loss" but she can't use it for her behaviour?
You bring up her boyfriend like that matters...I wonder what the girlfriends and family of the players think of those guys? Big heroes with NHL careers leave in disgrace...
