James Brown is a GOD in my opinion. He did more for black music than any other artist. And they didn't call him the hardest working man in showbiz for nothing.T.A.M.I Show was two concerts at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium held in October, 1964, filmed for theatrical release.
The Black recording artists who performed at this show were Chuck Berry, Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, Marvin Gaye and the Supremes, but the real star of the show was James Brown, with the Famous Flames. If you've never seen James Brown dancing in his prime, you're in for a real treat. The Beach Boys and The Rolling Stones also appear.

A self serving post.........i followed the music of Dyke & The Blazers in real time as they were churning out their music...from the mid 60,s through the late 60,s....i was that teenaged white boy who thought it was cool to love R&B and Funk, not sanitized "white mans music".....i think i bought 3 or 4 singles by Dyke& The Blazers back then...wasnt interested in mainstream music....but cool stuff..well at least to my eyes lol....the song So Sharp led me to a lifelong love of their music

That's the same thing. In grade three arithmetic, it's called the 'associative property'. (A + B) = (B + A).Maybe their bodies were just too small for their heads...
