Check his record in the Senate. He was a part of approving all the lower judges. The happy to rubber stamp anti abortion ones. Remember he was anti Roe v Wade in the Senate.

I think he still is.
Well, Trump in 1999 was all for Roe v Wade and the rights of women. Of course we know how many times he cheated on his wives. But he is the one that appointed all these very right wing judges to the Supreme Court. Again Biden has condemned these actions to overturn Roe v Wade while ALL the Republicans and the Far Right media like Fox News are celebrating this decision, in order to "defend the life" of the womb, but do not give a shit about the rampant killings from the guns that are freely available in the USA. Once more the US President does not have the power to Legislate in making the Roe v Wade a Constitutional Right. It has to go through Congress. For once thank the Democratically elected States for protecting the women's rights in this respect. Someone like Mike Pence wants to make abortion illegal in law. He is the one that you should condemn along with Trump for how they worked to overthrow Roe v Wade!!

Don't women have the right to decide to ban or limit abortions? Don't they have the right to vote for public officials who will support their views? It seems like you want to curtail the democratic rights of women.
The majority of women voted for a President who is all for such rights. They gave a majority to both the Senate and the House of Representatives to a Party that is all for women's rights. The Democratic States will continue with Roe v Wade while the Republicans like Pence wants a full ban on abortions. But can you not comprehend that the women have the basic rights for their own bodies and should choose want they want to do with it? Absolutely nothing to do with "voting in a ballot box about their bodies". You are the one talking like you welcome Sharia Laws in the respect!!

Yes it does have have to go through Congress. Ok. They have a majority there. And have done nothing. They had a filibuster proof majority under Obama. And did nothing.

So in other words you are right. Its not just Biden with 40 years on office. Its Obama, Schumer, Pelosi and all the rest as well who stood by and did nothing.

Thanks for clarifying how deep the incompetence is.

You are funny. LOL!! Clearly, only the Republicans and the likes of Trump, Pence, Bush, Moscow Mitch and the rest of the right wing cronies have to share the blame for it.
But then you will always blame the true defenders of the victims!!

Of course the GOP are to blame for doing it. They clearly said for 50 years they would. Unfortunately Democrats, who fundraised off of stopping this from happening obviously failed miserably. So whats the point of voting for them if they are incapable of governing? They sure do fine bailing out Corporations? Why couldn't they do something about this?

And what is their plan to resolve this now? More fundraising? A barely there executive order? Blame voters? In other words......the usual.

You have to then give the Democrats some credit it for "FIFTY YEARS" they prevented these despicable Republicans from imposing their retarded POVs on the women's rights!! We know that you never give them any credit whatsoever!
The voters have to give the Democrats a big margin of victory in the oncoming midterms for them to make Roe v Wade a Constitutional Right that overrules what the individual Republican States imposed on the will of the women!!

They had 60 seats in the Senate in 2009 and didn't do it

More importantly those seats will come from Red States. So how would guarantee those new Senators won't pull a Joe Manchin and Kristen Sinema and refuse to vote for it?

Btw they don't need a big lead. They just need to drop the Filibuster.

Well, then hopefully the momentum will pick up and the Democrats who are beginning to bounce back in the polls, could hence give them a majority where they do not have the rely on Manchin and Sinema:

Agreed that it should happen in favour of the Democrats then, so that they can implement Roe v Wade into the Constitution?

Also this is why we have to love AOC:

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez pressures Chuck Schumer to say whether Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch lied under oath about their views on Roe v. Wade

Bver. Have the Democrats come out and stated they will drop the filibuster? If not it doesn't matter.

and they did....by returning the issue back to the constitutional balance. That's what you get when you allow originalists on the Court. The only thing that's funny is that neither you nor Harry saw this coming. BTW, I'm the originalists biggest fun; it keeps the woke mobs in check.
Are you under the impression "originalism" is a thing and these justices are "originalists"?
You're in on the joke, right?
You don't think that's a real thing, do you?

So, they have no plan.

Essentially they are the Underwear Gnomes from South Park.

Start by replacing the leadership and stop interfering in Primaries. Let actual progressives run.
But you're AGAINST putting more progressives in as Democrats.
You've already said that voting for Democrats is bad and the party needs to die.
You encourage third party voting instead.

If you actually wanted "more and better Democrats" you would argue for that.
You don't.

Show me which extra seats in which Red State with get them past the 60 vote mark.

Then come up with the excuses why the filibuster needs to stay.

Then the excuses why nothing was done. Again.

And Obamacare is a right wing Heritage Foundation idea and is essentially corporate insurance welfare. With no price limitations for said insurance companies. It still costs an average faily of 4 $16,000 a year. on top of the subsidies. How is that progressive?

And the wall? Like the Dems on Abortion the GOP likes the immigration issue as a fundraiser and vote getter. And both parties love the underground slave labour wages economy.
And voila.
If they did it, it was bad.
If they didn't do it, it was bad.

You could try being less transparent and predictable.

You said that the GOP is effective and gets what it wants.
I pointed out things that they said they were going to do but failed.
You replied with "Democrats Bad"!

And you wonder why I don't take you seriously.

Oh my god.
It's almost like you stumbled across a clue despite yourself.
So close to a breakthrough.
Keep going.

Don't be condescending. That was always what I've said. Unless the Democrats kill the Filibuster then they will never get a national law passed.

And they won't. So women are fucked for decades.

I proved you wrong. And you proved yourself arrogant. And incapable of defending the Democrats. You just deflect.

Lets try again. What is the plan to fix this?

When the GOP take back the House and Senate in November, will you also be saying "the people have spoken" on the matter of abortion laws?

People only have rights that are enshrined in the Constitution or a democratically enacted law. SCOTUS has just said that the right in question is not found in the constitution. Therefore, it will have be established by law. Or not.

It's hard not to be with you.
Given the response here, I guess you were further away from a breakthrough than I thought.

I proved you wrong.
No, because you don't understand the argument we're having.

And you proved yourself arrogant. And incapable of defending the Democrats. You just deflect.
You keep thinking I'm trying to defend the Democrats from your attacks when I keep pointing out your attacks are meaningless because they are designed in bad faith.

Lets try again. What is the plan to fix this?
It doesn't matter, because the Democrats are bad and you don't care about this anyway.
