Once more the US President does not have the power to Legislate in making the Roe v Wade a Constitutional Right. It has to go through Congress. For once thank the Democratically elected States for protecting the women's rights in this respect. Someone like Mike Pence wants to make abortion illegal in law. He is the one that you should condemn along with Trump for how they worked to overthrow Roe v Wade!!

People only have rights that are enshrined in the Constitution or a democratically enacted law. SCOTUS has just said that the right in question is not found in the constitution. Therefore, it will have be established by law. Or not.
