Possibly its an FMJ round. If they placed the bullet that killed her on top of her body that doesn't make the photo fake. Its just depicting her death differently. Given that its now likely Israel has killed 377,000 people, or 20% of the population, the chances are that there are some deaths that are going to look strange just because there are so many.

However, from the scale of the image, dental development, bone development I expressed my doubts as to my (mis)understanding of this being a 15 year old. From the same scaling and criteria, I doubt that this is an 18th month old. But it is irrevelant to my primary contention that it is a faked bullet placed ON the chest of this child. The black outline gives it away. Jewellry does the same. Also, if you look at other areas of the image you will notice subtle frames, indicating multiple exposures. One more thing that I can't be sure of though is that while the bullet outline has square pixelated edges that would not be depicted as such coarse.squares on a digital xray machine that would give the high resolution of the rest of the xray. Notice the detail in the teeth etc.
But if you are certain that it is an authentic xray of an infant being hit in the ribs by a jewish 7.62/30 cal bullet, then nothing anyone says will change your mind.

I'm certain it is. It has the same outline as a standard 7.62 mm NATO slug. The IDF uses 7.62mm, and even 50 cal but 5.56 mm is most common. Neither of the other rounds have this shape/proportions.
BTW, 7.62 is the metric equiv of .30 cal. ie: 0.30" diameter
