What has been insinuated is that the Trump regime is intentionally not bothering to not make mistakes.
Their entire approach has been one where sweeping up citizens isn't a concern
If that were true, then a lot more than just 4 people would have been illegally deported, and many of those cases would have made the 6 o'clock news.

All an illegally deported person has to do is step to a lawyer and file a lawsuit.
Many, many lawyers would take on cases like that pro bono since the payout would be in the million$

This is what AI overview has to say...Sounds like a balanced way to go about things to me.
It's been a major criticism of the Trump regime by many pro-immigration forces.
Obama was vastly more effective at deportations than Trump has been, and even more so at focusing on dangerous criminals, something Trump has refused to do.
Lots of people think one of the reasons the Trump's administration was less effective at deportations overall is the mass approach without due process has resulted in more pushback than if they tried to do it in a more balanced way.

Please name every American Citizen deported by Obama
I cannot name every single one, but I can name a few who were illegally deported under Obama's regime.
And thats all I asked of @Shaquille Oatmeal, just name a few people who were illegally deported under Trump's regime, and he couldnt even name one.

How can you make a claim like that, but then not back it up with any evidence??

Here are some names of people who were illegally deported during Obama's regime

  • Jose Adan Fugon-Cano and Gustavo Barahona-Sanchez: In 2015, these two Honduran men were wrongfully arrested in New Llano, Louisiana, by local police who demanded their papers. The men were not charged with any crimes but were turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and detained for deportation. The Department of Homeland Security's Office for Civil Rights later found that the arrest was likely based on racial profiling.
  • Benjamin Nuñez-Marquez: In 2014, a Border Patrol agent stopped and detained Nuñez-Marquez, a long-time resident of Orcas Island, Washington, who was taking his elderly neighbor to the hospital. His case drew public attention and opposition from local residents.
  • "Vern": An immigrant from Guatemala, referred to as "Vern," was deported in 2017 after his wife and children witnessed ICE agents take him into custody. He had received a deportation order earlier but had established a life and a family in the U.S. and avoided all trouble with the law.

Here's what I wrote:

This is factually correct.
If a person holds a green card or work visa, they can be deported if they have engaged in illegal activities.
I'm not sure what you're trying to argue here
The thread.

We then corrected you that denaturalize has nothing to do with green cards and visas and is a threat against US citizens.

Do they have lawyers in prison in El Salvador?
Just asking.

And, I hate to tell you, but if they have a lawyer to contest their deportation that would mean they are getting due process, and you're against them getting that.

Please go ahead and do so.

You've provided a lot of links but no deportations of American Citizens yet.
I thought you were pointing out how Obama also deported American Citizens.

Even the dumbest person knows that I was referring to the deport part of Shaq's post, and not the denaturalize part.

Holy shit Valc, you've really outdone yourself 😂
No.
No one believes that.
You got caught and had to backtrack.

I mean, you went right into how it is fine to denaturalize American citizens as well, even claiming it is a good thing.

Since you aren't arguing in good faith, we aren't taking your statements as good faith arguments.

Some do. Thanks to Trump 👍

I have never said I was against due process.
Read my posts, I have always said that illegally deporting people is wrong

I gotta admit, that takes chutzpah.
Giving Trump credit for being caught and forced by the legal system.

That's ballsy and I give you full points.

I have never said I was against due process.

Of course you are against due process.
You keep saying the Trump administration not using due process is correct and good.

If there were mistakes, and US citizens were infact deported, which you have agreed to already, then you cannot make the claim that no US citizens are being deported.
Even detaining a US citizen is unlawful.
You keep owning yourself. lmfao.
The xitter pointed me to this crowd sourced cite that lists 170+ americans now being held by ICE.

Very GOOD!

And that article you found should convince you that Trump is deporting more.
After all, he is being deliberately more careless and has explicitly discussed deporting American citizens.

And, during his first term there were 70 or so incidents.

He is making it easier to do it the second time around.

LOL....do you even read your own articles??
From your link:

ICE data indicate that ICE arrested 674, detained 121, and removed 70 potential U.S. citizens from fiscal year 2015 through the second quarter of fiscal year 2020 (March 2020)
Trump wasnt even President for 2 of those years (2015 and 2016), it was still Obama's term 😂
