What about racism ISN'T systemic? You can't push on a string...Because it doesn't align with the "systemic racism" narrative that democrats like to push?

isn’t it self evident that having a gun is unlikely to help you and likely to hurt you either physically or legally?I bet you don't have actual stats to back this up. In before, "households with guns are more likely to be shot by their own gun" bullshit.
Isn't it self evident that owning a private vehicle makes you more susceptible to being in a motor vehicle accident?isn’t it self evident that having a gun is unlikely to help you and likely to hurt you either physically or legally?
of course if you own a vehicle you are more likely to get into an accident. Is anyone fucking stupid enough to deny it? Also, midgetry is not a word unless maybe you own a gun lolIsn't it self evident that owning a private vehicle makes you more susceptible to being in a motor vehicle accident?
That's the level of mental midgetry you're displaying right now.
I don't disagree with the fact that the current court wont but law is constantly being reinterpreted. But the SCOTUS will no do that because they've already decided the matter. ...
???Because it doesn't align with the "systemic racism" narrative that democrats like to push?
Do you think people with a documented history of mental health issues where family and medical professionals see them as a threat to the public should be allowed to keep their guns?Define "documented history of mental health issues...etc." don't forget there are people making the argument that wanting to transition should be considered a "mental health issue". Are you for denying "John" his constitutional right in the US, simply because they're considering becoming "Jane"?
Back to the stop-and-frisk; if you support proactive, preventative measures like red flag laws, surely you support other proactive public safety measures like stop-and-frisk or carding, right? [/sarcasm]
As the gun conTROLLs like to say, "if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about."
Guns sure helped the old guy 'protect' himself from a band geek.I bet you don't have actual stats to back this up. In before, "households with guns are more likely to be shot by their own gun" bullshit.
Robbers aren't generally very brave. They tend to pick targets that aren't willing or able to fight back if things get physical. There would be a lot fewer home robberies here in Canada if robbers knew they were rolling the dice as to what might happen once they got inside. If the NRA had their way, the robber would have his own concealed weapon. That way if the homeowner pulled a gun the robber could shot the homeowner first before the robber robbed the place
Shouldn't such people be in mandatory custody, just like they were prior to moving to a community mental health model here in Ontario?Do you think people with a documented history of mental health issues where family and medical professionals see them as a threat to the public should be allowed to keep their guns?

Where does this kind of statement come from?Robbers aren't generally very brave.
There's a lot preventing this SCOTUS from interpreting it that way. There is nothing preventing the SCOTUS from interpreting the 2nd based on the phrase "well regulated" (other than loads of gun lobby cash).
