You are confusing that with the Palmer/Uribe Report that did not interview a single person and further states that you cannot use any of it's conclusions as any kind of legal finding. And it's not "too bad" about these photographs. At least not from the perspective of someone looking for credible evidence. If this is the best you've got, well....you've got next to nothing. First, how far away was this picture taken? 10 - 20 - 30 kilometres? Do you even know it's Gaza? Do you even know who took the picture and when? Do you know if the picture has been Photoshopped? And how can you tell from this picture what the location of the launch (if that's what it is) looks like? It might be a park for all you can tell.
Now, on the other hand, lickspittle, we have pictures of Israeli soldiers hiding in Palestinian houses. We have testimony of Israeli soldiers firing from Palestinian houses while the Palestinian family is still in the house. We have pictures of Israeli soldiers strapping Palestinian children to the front of jeeps. We have pictures of Israeli soldiers using Palestinian civilians as human shields.
None of these pictures are from 10 km away.
