Don’t know your medical situation or why cialis is the only one they recommend, (doesn’t make a lot of sense to me as a non expert as they all work the same way and all have similar side effects) but keep in mind that cialis is fairly long acting, so you may have less heartburn taking a ED med that wears off more quickly.
Just guessing here but maybe its a blood pressure issue.
Cialis will lower your blood pressure, but not as much as Viagra in the short term.
If a person is already on high blood pressure meds, too much Cialis or even low dose Viagra may drop his blood pressure too low

Antacids are a common over-the-counter medication that many people take to relieve heartburn and acid reflux. But which
antacids are safe for high blood pressure patients? In this guide, we'll explore the best antacids for high blood pressure patients and how to choose the right one for you.
Why Antacids Can Be Tricky for High Blood Pressure Patients
Antacids work by neutralizing stomach acid, which can help relieve heartburn and acid reflux. However, some antacids contain high levels of sodium, which can be problematic for high blood pressure patients. Sodium can cause your body to retain water, which can increase blood pressure. Additionally, some antacids can interact with blood pressure medications, making them less effective or causing unwanted side effects.
