I wanted to work for/with someone who I could count on to have my back, and Jillian never disapointed in that regard. When I switched to incalls/Select, I did the same: research here on Terb to find out which agency would be the most appropriate to my needs.

We ended up spending maybe 15 minutes doing the 'interview' thing (which goes both side btw), and spending another 45 minutes talking over coffee about our experience in the industry.
