Some of you guys get it all wrong by comparing what sp do as a regular job. It's not!! Not at all! Get that of your mind and you will have much better encounters.

As for tipping. Me I do not not tip. They ask an amount and I give that amount. Period.

That said I feel quite a few SP I saw over the years should have paid me instead. But that is another story ;)

Cheers,

I tip sparingly only to the ones I feel deserve it. I get your question in that is a bit awkward to do so at the end. IMO the best way to do it is on the next visit so you're giving her repeating business as well.

If you've had a really good time, just leave a little extra on the table and say thank you dont make a big deal about it
+1 Agree. i do leave tips for great service and do not say a word. They know and ladies really do appreciate this. But only for the special ones.

And who are you to tell us that we are not allowed to voice our opinions?
You make yourself look dumb when you go off topic, and criticize others for doing the same. But you did increase your post count.

I bet you had amazing benefits, huh?

Jerk.

Sure I'll try again . I worked for 37 years in a steel mill . One mistake and I could of killed many people just by pushing the wrong button on the screen . Never mind that doing millions of dollars in damage by doing the wrong thing at the wrong time .I also saved the company millions by fixing other peoples screw ups . Not once did any of us get a raise because we went above and beyond and had stellar work ethic . No it wasn't a union shop with a contract .

I guess when the boss wants the files at a moments notice or the coffee is to his liking it is grounds for a raise . LOL .

Tell me how much you have saved for the company that you work for and how many millions you have made in fixing other peoples screw ups .

That coffee really must have tasted good .

WANT TO TRY AGAIN ?

Calling me a jerk . So you are resorting to name calling are you . I'm sure that I could find a few choice words to call you but I'm not that low of a person . Yes great benefits . I earned every one of them . Ever work in a mill where the furnaces run at a temperature of over 2900 F . You are soaked from the time you leave the locker room until the time you go home . You have no idea what work is . You wouldn't last a day in a Melt Shop . LOL .Air is so filthy that you can't even see the crane above you .

No special treatment because a job was done well . You did your job and got paid for it . No tipping or anything like that . Nothing . It wasn't expected .

Speaking of tips do you claim ALL of them of them on your taxes . Every penny I made was taxed . Unlike some people that we know .

Glad you got as raise . It's gonna be hard now to make a better cup of coffee for your boss to impress him .

Even now being retired I don't pay for any benefits . Nothing . It's all paid for by the company . One of the many reasons why I never required a tip in my paycheck for doing my job .

Don't know why you have to be in a hissy fit calling me a name . Just pointing out a fact. Sorry if the truth hurts
Only children resort to calling people names . Get my point .

Want to try again .
