Are the Phillies half asleep? I don't think I've ever seen two bases stolen on the same play by one runner so easily. Especially in the World Series. Sorry JW, they're going down.

Yup, I think you're right. Fucking 'Lights out' Lidge just standing on the mound and watching Damon going into second when he should have been covering third. Good grief.

Didn't Boston come back from down 3-1? So, anything is still possible. Also, Ryan Howard has to bust out soon. Still, it would be really tough sledding for the Phils.

Ryan will probably bust out in game 8, i.e. spring training.

I've seen better coordination in the Little League World Series. Embarrassing to watch.

A.J. and Cliff Lee take to the mound to-night. Should be an interesting matchup. Game time is 7:57PM.

I'm such a moron! I can't believe I put $$$ on A.J. Burnett -- this guy cannot win on the road (just look at his last start in Anaheim). Oh, why did I listen to people that get telling me that Yankees pulled out Phillies' hearts with that 9th inning win!?!

Don't be so hard on yourself. Some guy on this Board stuck a screwdriver into a live electrical receptacle:eek:.

Looks like the Phils are headed back to NYC.
I hope NY gets hammered by a freak snowstorm and severe winter conditions for weeks on end...and Bud declares the World Series a tie

Wednesday night in The House that Jeter Built the Yankees will wrap it up. #27
Damn, I got to say Lee was a lot more effective then I thought he would be.

As a Yankee fan I'm a little concerned. Don't know what the stats are but I would guess that 37 year old Andy Petite isn't used to pitching in Nov on three days rest. Also I'm thinking it's about time for Howard to start hitting some bombs. Expect a high scoring game with plenty of hitting in game six.
